A Lieutenants Pin on Your Uniform???

Congrats to Dee!!!  Promoted to Lieutenant of the Police Department in Milpitas.  You'd never know it by his blood alcohol level inside the tent.  Seems more like an Explorer Scout!  Way to go Dee, we are proud of you.
